Carthazhao Mexarus was the supernation created from the merger of Carthage, Mexico and Belarus on November 16, 2019. The name reflected each of the constituent nations, as well as that of Zhao, which was part of a now-rollbacked merger on November 12, 2019. The idea of Carthazhao Mexarus emerged around the time of World War Nova, to combat the growing power of Avar and its allies.

After World War Nova in early November, the nations of Carthage, Mexico, Zhao and Belarus, who were aligned against Avar and its allies, started to make plans for a united supernation to defeat Avar. The plans were leaked to Avarian authorities prior to the unification; with the surprise of the formation blown, the nations started the merge and Carthazhao Mexarus was born on November 12, 2019. In response, the Avarians planned to merge with their allies. However, the nations were merged incorrectly and the server was rolled-back, prior to the unification of both Carthazhao Mexarus and Avar's nation. Carthazhao Mexarus was then reborn a few days later on November 16, 2019, after Carthaginian leader DeltaOrion announced that his nation would be disbanded and the towns were to be joining Mexico. Belarussian leader coo1o quickly followed suit, but Zhao's leader, sevenplan, announced that Zhao would be remaining independent and not joining the revived supernation.

On November 20, 2019, Carthazhao Mexarus declared war on Avar to bring a decisive end to the ailing nation. Due to a bug in the war system, Datearth staff declared a ceasefire on the war prior to it beginning and so the war ended in a draw on November 26, 2019.

Decline of Carthazhao Mexarus Edit

As the release of Gladia neared, many important figures in Carthazhao Mexarus stopped playing on Nova. This resulted in the fall of many Carthazhao Mexarussian towns during December 2019 and January 2020. With the collapse of the former capitals, Simul and Glaciosimul, control of the nation was passed to Belarus and later Carthage. With many of the former overseas possessions lost, the nation dropped its name and reverted to Carthage.
