The Story of Foundation[]
The story of the foundation of Copenhagen goes back to the time when it's founder, surrenderfire was a citizen of the city of Batumi. Here he planned with another citizen _Trama to create the city of Paris. After a while they had acquired the funds to create Paris. _Trama founded the town of Paris, with surrenderfire being given the role of town assistant. The town quickly grew in numbers, reaching the population of 5 in a day. Meanwhile, surrenderfire had been acquiring more funds originally for the purpose of expanding Paris, but he wished to control his own town. surrenderfire had told _Trama of his plan, to settle Amsterdam and found Benelux along with the town of Luxemburg.
So he set off and settled the town, the mayor of Luxemburg agreed to join Benelux when it was founded. So the town grew in number, Amsterdam had temporarily joined the nation of Georgia for the benefits that came with it until Benelux could be founded. All was well, for a while. One day surrenderfire woke up and saw something he didn't expect. A citizen had stolen from the town, and he thought things couldn't get worse, but they did. His most trusted member, ExclamationMarx, left to create Los Angeles with friends. Surrenderfire couldn't get mad at him he was free to do whatever he pleased, still he was discouraged.
After a bit of pondering surrenderfire had decided to leave behind his plans for Amsterdam and Benelux, he instead moved to settle in Denmark. He wished to join the future nation of Denmark to be made by the Jarl of Roskilde, and so he settled in the south of Denmark. He made the town of Hedeby, but it wasn't long before he was fighting alongside the Georgians in a war against what he perceived to be the evil empire of Austria-Hungary. So off to war he went, riding his trusted steed to Prague where they declared suprise war, and lost. The war had not been a success and the town of Hedeby had been conquered, in rage surrenderfire disbanded his town.
Surrenderfire had realized the foolishness of disbanding the town, so he went back and tried to remake the town. Although he tried, he couldn't, the land was under control of Germany, not Denmark. So he decided to go and found a town in another place, this town was Copenhagen.
Overview[]
Copenhagen is a small coastal town on an island in the eastern reaches of Denmark. A nice looking, yet small town. The town is lead by surrenderfire and other citizens include voelke and raller0907. The town is in the nation of Denmark which is led by King Wildu. The town is inspired by houses right on the water in Chesapeake Bay towns.
