Sgt Panda Conflict[]
Sergeant_Panda77, or as will be referred to as Sgt Panda, was the mayor of castle findlay, Nova America located in northern New Zealand. He was also the General of Nova America prior to this event. While Sgt Panda's town only took up ~1/6 of New Zealand, he had already "claimed" ownership of all of New Zealand with permission from Nova America. However, for some time now there was another town on the southern side of New Zealand, Whitehorse, a small town owned by Oaca and part of Imperium of Nova.
On 10/14/2020, the Ottoman Empire kicked the town of Tundrinia so that Imperium could siege it with no problem. However, not even an hour into the siege, and Sgt Panda arrived. At first there wasn't any worry as Nova America and Imperium were allies, however, things changed quickly. Once Sgt Panda arrived, he killed every player at Tundrinia which consisted of mostly players from the Silver Legion. For some time, they would return resulting in more Imperium deaths. This continued until Imperium canceled their alliance with Nova America, forcing Sgt Panda to have to leave the siege, Tundrinia was at negative 4.5 thousand points and the Silver Legion had lost thousands of dollars of gear.
After this incident, there was a lot of turmoil between Imperium and Nova America and while the two had come to an agreement, Imperium was not ready to bring back an alliance until Sgt Panda was taken care of. As response to this incident, Sgt Panda was stripped of his General rank and there was still some talk of further punishments, however, this was still largely in the air.
